The Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education (TAESE) offers specialized professional development for dispute resolution personnel/contractors and SEA staff throughout the country. Training topics are based upon, and adapted to the needs of, individual States and can be offered both on-site and virtually. These professional development opportunities ensure that dispute resolution specialists and other stakeholders are properly trained and current on legal issues in order to properly perform their responsibilities under IDEA.
